The firm’s partners are Henrik Bojer and Palle Johansen.

Henrik Bojer (born in 1958)

He joined BHA in 1993 after 12 years employment with a large accounting firm, where he was responsible for a number of middle-sized and large clients. He mainly engaged in audits and tax issues and he is experienced in mergers and acquisitions.

HB is licensed to make quality controls in other Danish certified public accounting firms. He is also active in international partnerships through DFK International - a large international network of independent accounting and consulting firms with almost 345 offices around the world.

Palle Johansen (born in 1973)

He joined BHA in 1995 and is very experienced in small and middle-sized companies. He is also very experienced in principal run companies, who is regulated according to the cooperate tax regulations.

PJ has been trained in a middle-sized accounting firm, and consequently he is very experienced in audits, financial statements and general advice to small clients.
